In recent years, scientists in a variety of fields have begun investigating the conditions that allow people to work more successfully. What they've discovered is that in an astonishing number of cases, not only are the factors that contribute to creating a great workplace not obvious—they are surprisingly counterintuitive. Here are five great workplace myths we routinely get wrong."
