Zach Karpinski is our Director of Technology, overseeing all aspects of technology and web development for the company, as well as caring for all of our servers. Books like Rework and Getting Real by the team at 37 Signals and The Laws of Simplicity by John Maeda influence his work. When not in his office, he can often be found in the warehouse, in headband and white tee shirt, at the Porchlight ping pong table playing other members of the company or perfecting his bat angles and swings with the aid of a table tennis robot. Zach lives with his wife Kristin and their three children in Shorewood.
