Shawn Quinn is the first person in our Porchlight office every day, turning on the lights and rousing the accounting machine to life, at some god-awful early hour of the morning. He was one of our earliest employees too, starting out in 1989 when there were five employees and we were called Schwartz Business Books. His daughter is heading to college soon, so he and his wife, Nancy, are preparing to be empty nesters. Shawn governs several home gardens with a skilled green thumb and Nancy has lured him into birdwatching. He loves visiting state parks, caring for his dog, and cooking pasta to make his daughter happy.
