It's that time of year! Since 2007, each year we receive hundreds of submissions for the year's best business books in various categories. Throughout fall, we spend a lot of time reading, talking, and thinking about what makes a book "best." The books we select might not always be what's expected, and we think that's ok. All year long, we feature our Bestseller list along with Inc.com, which identifies the top-selling books we handle. The Book Awards are our chance to pick big-sellers, non-sellers, quirky titles, obvious titles, or any combination thereof. These are the books that struck us as readers this year. We hope you enjoyed them, too. And if not yet, will soon. As our multi-year lists are growing beyond simple blog posts, we've now created a page on our site to archive the lists from year to year. For 2010, you'll see all the category shortlist and overall winners, but to find out what the Overall Best Business Book was that we selected this year, you'll have to wait until we announce it at our Business Book Awards event held in NYC on January 19, 2011. Without further adieu, here are this year's winners so far.
