Our residency with General Ann Dunwoody comes to and end with her answering four questions we ask every author.

Today we close out our three-part residency with General Dunwoody with questions we ask every author. It's been a pleasure and an honor and we can't thank the general enough for her time.

What is the one unanswered question about business you are most interested in answering?

The question in my mind is whether big business, major corporations or even governments are leveraging the power of strategic visioning. I believe that strategic visioning is a leadership game changer and can become the road map for the future of an organization.

What book has influenced your work the most?

Good to Great by Jim Collins. A man ahead of his time in identifying Level V leaders and transformational change practices.

What is the book you wish you had written (or admire the most) and why?

I wish I had written something funny and witty that no one else had ever thought of. The works of Dr Seuss come to mind.

What book are you reading right now?

I just started reading Natural Born Heroes by Christopher McDougall. He authored a best seller called Born to Run that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed and learned a lot from.
